Ep.5: A simple strategy to feel less lonely

The best thing that can happen to a human– is another human. 
Yet sometimes we may feel isolated, lonely. 

The longer isolated we are – the more introverted we become. Our skills for pro-social behaviour weaken. We are less likely to reach out to a friend, or engage in a conversation with a stranger. 

Let me share with you a simple strategy you can integrate into your daily life that will help feel connected to the world and will protect your emotional health during periods of isolation (ex, during postnatal period).
