Alicia is a Somatic Empowerment Coach based in Amsterdam. She is also a Yoga Teacher, and nervous system educator who helps high-achieving, sensitive women move from burnout and self-doubt to calm, embodied confidence.
Through her coaching, retreats, and her 1:1 Flourish program, she’s helped women release stress, build unshakable self-trust, and create lives and careers that feel fulfilling.
