In this conversation, Alicia shares her transformative journey from experiencing severe burnout to discovering her purpose in helping others connect with their bodies and heal. We discuss the signs of burnout, the cultural perceptions surrounding it, and the importance of nervous system regulation.
Alicia is a Somatic Empowerment Coach based in Amsterdam. She is also a Yoga Teacher, and nervous system educator who helps high-achieving, sensitive women move from burnout and self-doubt to calm, embodied confidence.
Through her coaching, retreats, and her 1:1 Flourish program, she’s helped women release stress, build unshakable self-trust, and create lives and careers that feel fulfilling.
