This one is for you if you know that it's been a while since you tended to that sadness, frustration, shame, fear. Doing that requires courage and enough inner resources, feeling rested enough to handle the potential heaviness. And I can't overemphasise how often a practice like this creates a sense of lightness, release. I invite you to try it. And at any point, if it feels too much – pause it. You can always return when there is a bit more inner resources, capacity to feel what words can't describe. The main ask – is kindness towards this very experience, this very You who is in the midst of it.
